Ordered this loft hatch delivery seemed quite slow difficult to find out when delivery would be. When it came it was obviously warped and being plastic was not confident to use it. I contacted customer services and supplied the pictures they requested. The warp from one corner to the oter was significant and i felt that I should not have to pay to return a faulty item. I got a reply saying that the warp would be resolved when fitted. I was not prepared to take the risk and then enter into a discussion on returning an item that would then be "used". When I explained tat I was not happy with the quality and would be ordering a more expensive model they still said I had to pay return postage which cost £11. overall not a good experience
