The TILE-LO is a robust, lift-out Tile Access Panel engineered to provide the largest possible clear opening for comprehensive access to concealed building services in tiled walls.
Access & Safety Mechanism:
• Maximum Clear Opening: The lift-out door design provides a larger clear opening than equivalent-sized hinged panels, making it ideal for accessing bulky or complex services.• Secure Lift-Out Access: The door is secured by two locating studs on the bottom edge of the frame and two touch-catch locks near the top edge, ensuring a tight, controlled fit.
• Safety Feature: Includes a mandatory safety wire with a carabiner clip to prevent the door from being dropped or damaged during the lifting and opening process.
Material & Finish Preparation:
• Construction: Fabricated from Zintec steel and powder-coated white for stability and corrosion resistance.• Tile Ready Door: The lift-out door houses a plasterboard insert that provides the ideal substrate for tiles to be bonded to, ensuring aesthetic continuity with the surrounding wall.
