The PD35 Contemporary Loft Hatch provides a sleek, maintenance-free solution, engineered with insulation that fully complies with Building Regulations Part L.
Thermal Performance & Compliance (PD35):
• Part L Compliance: The PD35 variant achieves a certified U Value of 0.35 W/m²K, fully meeting the current thermal requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations for new build properties.• Draught Sealing: The slim, hinged frame is fitted with compression seals designed to actively prevent draughts and reduce heat loss between the frame and the lid when closed.

It was a little difficult to fit by myself, 2 people it would be ok. It would help if you could remove the hatch from the frame.

Excellent loft hatch to fit and flexible with size for it's cost, this is reflected it's lack of rigidity as it sags slightly in the middle of the long side seam when shut.

I managed to break my original hatch (Crest Nicholson house)and this was very easy to switch over. Really good insulation.I fitted on my own but far better to get someone to help
