Thermal Performance & Options:
• Dual U Value Choice: This range offers two distinct insulation levels, allowing you to tailor the hatch to your specific budget and thermal requirements.• Budget Choice (LT2): Achieves a U Value of 0.78 W/m²K - an economical choice for refurbishment projects.
• Part L Compliant Choice (LT235): Achieves a U Value of 0.35 W/m²K, meeting the current regulatory requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations for new build properties.
Design, Function & Maintenance:
• Aesthetic Profile: Features a traditional, decorative frame with a flat lid, suitable for properties where a classic ceiling fixture is preferred.• Construction: Made from durable white injection moulded plastic, ensuring a seamless finish that requires no decorating or maintenance.
• Draught Resistance: The frame is fitted with compression seals that hold the lid firmly against the frame when closed, minimising heat loss.
• Operation: Easy to open and close with a simple turn of the catch.

Very good value for money. It replaced an original broken hatch. Easy to fit in a somewhat awkward position. Very pleased with the result.

Great loft hatch , although a bit flimsy but works fine.

Supplied on time as described. Good quality product for the price. Fairly light and reasonably easy to fit if you use the four holes to put in temporary supports while you mark the screw hole positions and screw in the first few screws.

Great product and very easy to fit for people like me who don’t have much DIY experience. Would be better if the polystyrene insulation on the hatch doesn’t flake off so easily, does fall off if touched with a heavy hand or if something knocks against it - leaving abit of a mess. Apart from that, it’s good value for money.
