Delivery was very quick, hatch i bought was as discribed, size and quality spot on. Not fitting it for a while very happy with it.

I ordered a fire rated loft hatch to replace the flimsy plastic one installed by the builders with polystyrene insulation on it, which I am not a fan of due to fire risk. The SD Fire Rated Loft Hatch from Jupiter Blue is extremely good quality one made of metal with thick insulation, the hatch door closes nicely and locks securely. The seals around the loft hatch make it for more airtight than my old unit.
