The service and product from this company is excellent. From ordering to after sales I am very pleased. I received very helpful advice re opening sizes and ordering. The packaging didn't contain an opening pole but this was sent the very next day. Installation instructions were missing also but this was rectified immediately. The quality of the product can be seen from receiving it and installation. I can only commend all staff within this company and would not hesitate in recommending to all.

Loft hatch arrived apparently brand new and in good condition and an exact fit for my loft opening. However, I've had to create my own tool for opening the door as it arrived without anything to turn the lock from below - especially if you're vertically challenged as I am.

Excellent quality loft hatch, well built (metal) and well insulated, the hatch fits snugly far better than the original plastic piece of cr@p. The delivery was quick and the well packaged, I thoroughly recommend Jupiter Blue who have an excellent selection of loft hatches and other items.

Panel arrived within 6 days, was well packaged, with no damage and to the size specified. The rear of the door and panel surround could have been fully painted but wasn’t. I wasn’t expecting such a large flange on the panel surround nor such a large lock mechanism and so I have trimmed back / removed these to suit my purpose. However, the door and panel surround remain stiff enough despite the amount of material I removed.
