Very quick response, over the Easter period and delivery well before the time allocated. Fabulous slimline look and made-to-measure, perfect fit. I would recommend Jupiter Blue Ltd. The only thing we added was a layer of silver-coloured insulating sheet to protect the insulation provided, just in case we knocked it getting in and out of the loft space. Sorry, unable to send photos only have HEIC image.

Great product

Excellent service delivered on time and fast good quality product

Good product, delivered on time

A great looking product, well protected which makes a pleasant change as couriers destroy most items.

Disappointing. Whilst the overall finish is smart and looks good in place, I can see daylight around the door suggesting it is not sealing properly and therefore letting heat through into the loft (not what I bought it for. The insulation looks as if it has not been finished properly as it is lose in the frame and will likely need taping in place.

Very efficient service. Goods arrived next day as promised, very well packed to avoid any day.

Great product and quick delivery. Happy days.

The delivery was quick but the product quality was disappointing. The lid is not flat and therefore does not fit snugly against the frame. Also, the foam insulation has become detached from the lid within days of fitting. The adhesive or bonding method between the insulation and the lid is inadequate. Overall, I am left disappointed with the purchase.

Loft hatch, made to measur, perfect fit, looks great, well packaged and delivered on time. What more could you want?
