Bought a bespoke loft hatch from Jupiter Blue for my last property, I was very impressed with the quality of the product, so much so, that having just moved house my first port of call was Jupiter Blue to replace the loft hatch in my new property - another bespoke hatch. Pleased to see it’s the same high quality product. It’s a pleasant change to see something so good is actually ‘Made in Britain’, instead of the rubbish that’s imported from overseas. A suggestion for Jupiter Blue, put a small ‘Made in Britain’ sticker on your products and be proud to sell a British product. From my experience a hIghly recommended seller. 10/10***

Fantastic bespoke product, fitted beautifully and easily. Very quick turn around for a made to measure item

Excellent product. Does the job perfectly. At a reasonable price and quick delivery too.

Great service from Jupiter Blue. I did have a delivery problem with DPD, but with one phone to Jupiter Blue, we managed to sort it out.

The product was good and unfortunately it was too big tried to send it back but it was quite a performance. It should be made easier so therefore I couldn't send it back.

I was totally unsure of the correct sizes to order for my loft hatch and ladder. Jupiter Blue worked everything out for me. I would recommend this professional company as this type of customer service is amazing. Thanks to them everything was perfect. Thank you so much.

Item as described and on time. Thank you

Great service from Jupiter Blue, ordered a loft hatch and the first one came damaged. The friendly staff were very helpful and ordered me a new one straight away with no problems. The hatch is perfect, insulated too and looks really smart in our bathroom in a single storey extension.

I needed an access door for the stopcock after refurbishing the toilet. Jupiter Blue had a full range of doors so I was able to get exactly the size I needed. It was well priced and was delivered within the stated time scale. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product.

The whole process from ordering to receiving was excellent. I was kept informed about the delivery and the hatch was in good condition as it was packed very well. The hatch was really good quality and made exactly to the size I required so the fitting was easy. Excellent product and I would highly recommend
