After receiving a damaged metal ceiling hatch (damage caused by courier) one phone call to Juniper Blue at lunchtime on a Friday, new hatch arrived Saturday morning. What a service - 10/10

Selected a hinged loft hatch, we went for a sligtly larger standard variant as we wnated the hinge on the short side. This was after a discussion with a member of the support tea,. Delivery stated was within 2 days but it arrived the next day. Fitted and looks great, even my wife is happy. Many thanks.
