Very pleased with my new loft hatch which was made to measure to fit the existing loft opening aperture. It arrived within two weeks of the order being placed. It is still to be fitted, but it is very neat and will blend in perfectly with the ceiling.

Ordered loft hatch from their wide range, item arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the item was damaged when I opened the package. Contacted Jupiter Blue by email, got reply within minutes stating replacement was being despatched, this was with me the next day! Fantastic service (and an apology!!) so professional. Had panels made to a size. They had fitted a large locking system I had never Sean before and the door .closed is to small as the lock takes up 45 mm. Tried to sort out with accounts. Had a rude guy emailing me. Will be going to panels direct from now.
