Great service fitted first time

V good products but web site YouTube had incorrect sizing of AT15 loft hatch. Also I found fitting the hatch quite tricky as you really need a v strong helper to hold the hatch in place while fitting. The seals around the fixing screw were also a bit useless as they prevent the screws going in far enough so the obstruct the hatch closing. I just made it airtight using silicone sealant. The finished hatch looks great

Made to measure loft hatch installed and functional without any problems. Delivery system is only area that needs improved. 10 days is ok, but there was no indication of delivery day or time on the day. I missed the first delivery attempt and had to wait until 2 pm on the next day. The tracking system did not provide any live info.

My product came damaged due to the career service. got in touch with the company and they sent me a replacement.very quick very satisfied with the product and the service I was given.highly recommend this company

Measured opening as advised on website. The quality of product is first class. Extremely simple to install and looks great. Would highly recommend.
