Jupiter made me a made-to-measure loft hatch - it fitted perfectly. I followed their very clear measuring instructions and it fitted like a glove. It's made a huge difference in putting a proper seal between the cold loft and the rest of the house so much better than my old non-insulated one. Very reasonable price. This is the second hatch I have bought from Jupiter having been so impressed with the first one. Great product for the price.

I purchased a made-to-measure fire-proof loft hatch. It arrived early & came extremely well packaged. The item is well made & easy to fit with fixings & opening pole included, other companies see these items as extras & charge for them. I am very happy with my purchase & should I ever be in the market for another loft hatch I will know where to go.

Not even received my order yet and no response to my 2 attempts of contacting them. It has now passed the timeframe that was mentioned for delivery!

Very pleased with this purchase. Bought a custom fit model. The hatch was made ahead of the estimated time and arrived with the exact dimensions specified. Installation was very easy and looks very smart (excuse the bad paint job in the photo). The best thing is that the air-tight seal and insulation on the hatch is top notch. The old wooden ply hatch, that I replaced with this, was obviously acting as a thermal bridge creating a draft up from the hall. With this new hatch that's all gone. Upstairs is at least 2-3 C warmer. Can't be happier. Would highly recommend.
