Good product. Easy install. 2 person install required to support weight. And fit. Suggest internal wall height to be extended as fixing holes 60 mm up and 2 layers of plaster board make screw points close to edge of roof joists

The 1 hour rated loft hatch was a very nice piece of kit, easy to fit and works a treat, good instructions for installation and was delivered promptly…….though completely ballsed up delivery by whichever company they used, delivered wrong day to wrong house, luckily I was able to retrieve it 👍 I do not blame the supplier for the delivery as I know many of the companies are useless unfortunately.

Quick delivery -great product-what more do you need .

Initially used Jupiter Blue to order a large custom size hatch for our loft a few years ago. Was very happy with the product, it was delivered quickly considering it was a custom size & its also stood up to the test of time very well... Since then, we ordered a small custom size hatch for an extension roofspace which again, came promptly & fitted well based on the dimensions we provided when ordering. Most recently, we've ordered a standard size hatch for our garage & that's also been a pleasant all round experience. Sadly, we have no more spaces left that require hatches(!!) but I'm certainly to recommend Jupiter Blue to friends, family & beyond

Very good service

I had great service from Jupiter Blue. I ordered a new loft hatch, which unfortunately arrived with some damage, probably due to poor handling by the courier. I reported this straight away with photos and there was no problem and a replacement was sent out immediately. Great service and a great product too, easy to install.

Super easy to sort a made to measure hatch for the attic, nice and easy to fit. Also bought the triple ladders set to accompany the hatch. A slight blip in the delivery date, but the team quickly sorted which was appreciated. Only comment would be a watchout for new customers, a small hatch (standard on new houses!) and the triple ladders don't leave much room to get in - it is possible, just a little tight. The ladders could be adjusted to suit which was great. Would recommend as a sensible solution for sure.

The hatch arrived without a key so I could not open it to be able to fit it. At the moment I am still waiting for the key to arrive.
