Service delivery and ordering was goodbut the access panel door was let down by a poor quality /flimsy plastic lock cover. This plastic cover will snap after several uses or will go brittle and snap over a short time. Also there were no side fixing points for the panel which meant additional joinery work to fit top and bottom fixing rails. As many of these panels will be fitted between existing vertical timber studs side fixing holes would make the job much easier.

Delivery and communication excellent good quality product and very straightforward to fit so all in all good value purchase

I purchased the bespoke 1hr fire access door / panel, it's a well made product, dimensions were correct, arrived undamaged on time even though we had 2-bank holidays between my order & delivery. Very happy, would buy again.

Brilliant all round. Good price, good service, good quality and fast delivery. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks

excellent service and delivery and item.great

Great website , easy to select the great products. Delivery and communication superb,

I am extremely happy with the quality of the product from Jupiter Blue. The loft hatch arrived sooner than expected, was spot on the dimensions I requested, and was very easy to fit. The finish is excellent and the hatch looks great in situ. Thanks

No point in writing this ad icy or even opened the box that the loft hatch came in. But seeing as you have asked for a review I can only say that the box appears to be well wrapped

I have JUST installed my loft hatch into my 18th-century home. It's fair to say the house itself is a nightmare. However, the hatch was SO easy to install. 10 screws, and I was able to do it all solo. I did phone Jupiter twice, and on both times, I spoke to extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff members. This is a great company that I would highly recommend. The product is 5 stars, customer service is 5 stars!

Had nothing but a great service from these guys from the purchase to a slight issue of a missing key but resolved within no time and rapid replies
