No point in writing this ad icy or even opened the box that the loft hatch came in. But seeing as you have asked for a review I can only say that the box appears to be well wrapped

I have JUST installed my loft hatch into my 18th-century home. It's fair to say the house itself is a nightmare. However, the hatch was SO easy to install. 10 screws, and I was able to do it all solo. I did phone Jupiter twice, and on both times, I spoke to extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff members. This is a great company that I would highly recommend. The product is 5 stars, customer service is 5 stars!

Looked in the usual DIY storse's for my loft hatch door, found nothing suitable, the doors available were either smaller or too big which would have extended the project, until l came across this company Jupiter Blue, found what I needed, right price, the door looked nicer than the one I replaced, bigger on the outter frame which meant no repair, win win, product came promptly, thank you Jupiter Blue

The product was heavy to work with, but when put in place, looked great. The only negative was the hatch had insulation showing, which we have now covered due to bits falling off when hatch was accessed.

Very happy with my lofthatch cover that was made to measure.
