I bought the OKP 3 section folding loft ladder and loft hatch combined. Looks nice on the ceiling, blends in well with my ceiling. My mate is a carpenter and it took the wo of us too install the hatch. Installation went well, no problems. I saw one review by someone claiming to have no experience with DIY and saying it was easy to install. I'm experienced with all kinds of building work and I cannot believe that. Get a carpenter in. Gave it 5 stars not just because it looks good but also the ease of ordering and swift delivery.

Delivered on time and well packaged. Just one thing, the lip to screw the door to the joists is narrow so there is very little room to play with,

Got the Product. All good. Did specifically ask for the delivery driver not to leave with neighbours on the checkout. Hatch was left next door. Have our reasons for not wanting this to happen. Also product was scuffed in places

I haven't fitted the loft hatch yet but I'm very impressed with the quality of the product. Have no doubt it will look perfect when fitted.

I bought a bespoke attic hatch and ladder and was absolutely satisfied with the product and service. The hatch was of very good quality and easily fitted by 2 people. I chose the option with the 50mm lip as, whilst measuring before ordering, I noticed that my attic hatch was slightly narrower on one side (by approx. 5mm). I ordered for the more narrow measure. The 50mm lip masked the imperfection. Very happy customer!
