The on line order process was quick and easy to use, the products I purchased were clearly and fully illustrated and the details in the specification sections were clear, concise and laid out in a format that was not confusing at all. I did not need to communicate with anyone during the process although this was an option if required.

Ordered a 900x600 access door for that arrived very promptly, however it was damaged on delivery. I emailed customer services and they responded almost immediately offering a replacement. The replacement again arrived very quickly and was fine. Great customer service and the product is exactly as described. Thanks. It's a one off purchase for me, but if I need anything similar in the future I would try Jupiter Blue first.
