Loft hatch arrived quit, well packaged but catch broken, following a phone call new catch arrived 48 hours later.

Great product 5star

Hatches fit perfectly, look great and I highly recommend.

Arrived earlier than expected as it was a made to measure , well finished product and easy to fit to the non standard size opening, saved money by not having to pay to have roof eaves trimmed

Easy delivery and just what I wanted Ideal

Excellent product! My carpenter wanted to fit plastic, insulated with polystyrene loft hatches bought from a main stream builders merchant. Having looked at them myself I found excellent products from Jupiter Blue. Delivery was very quick. Carpenter was very impressed and suggested he would use these products going forward. He said they were easy to fit with just a few screws once the correct hole had been created. They look great too.

Very good product, in this case a lift hatch, just note to order the hatch 5mm under the opening size to allow easy fit, I don’t recall this being said in the ordering instructions and had to adjust my opening

Very good product, especially when you have a non standard opening, neat and tidy, great customer service, delayed delivery while I was on holiday

Loft hatch arrived very quickly. Only issue was can't disconect the hatch to fit the frame.

Product came well protected within the outer carboard box and was exactly as ordered. No fuss no drama delivered what was required.
