Easy to fit

Fantastic customer experience! Ordered and had item delivered free next working day. One part missing from the box, emailed and got a reply in less than an hour, and the part delivered by 9am the next morning. Can't fault them so far! Recommended!

Good products, resonably priced and readily available for delivery.

Found Jupiter Blue while looking for a loft pole and it was the only one we could find which fitted. Great price and great quick delivery. Thanks!

Order a custom sized loft hatch which arrived within the timescales indicated. Unfortunatley it was damaged on one corner. Sent a picture of the damage and Emma responded quickly, apologised and started the process for a replacement to be sent. The replacement arrived without issues. Very happy with the product and very happy with the excellent customer service.

You did exactly what you said you would do. Quickly without any problems. Exactly what professional people want. Would definitely use again and recommend to colleagues.

The inspection hatch I ordered from Jupiter Blue was of a very high quality and could Ben faulted. I ordered the metal version which has a very low profile making it ideal for its intended use. Delivery via courier was quick and the packaging for the hatch was good.

Absolutely brilliant service- custom made loft hatch fitted perfectly and looks great - highly recommend Jupiter Blue- Thanks for a fantastic job!

Having struggled to find a solution to an odd sized loft hatch, I stumbled upon Jupiter Blue and I'm so glad I did. We ordered a bespoke insulated Loft hatch cover. The order process was easy, instructions on how to measure where clear and simple. Loft hatch has arrived and it was a piece of cake to fit, it took less than 15 minutes including taking out the old Loft hatch surround. What a difference thisnew loft hatch makes. Would highly recommend Jupiter Blue for any loft hatches. We will be ordering another one for our other loft hatch when we redecorate the landing.

Good quality product. Produced exactly to the dimensions I supplied. Easy to fit, just used a few packers to keep it square when tightening screws. Really happy with the loft hatch. Highly recommend.
