Very pleased. Measuring instructions were very clear and the hatch came millimetre perfect. Easy to install. Would strongly recommend.

My loft hatch was easy to install, it fitted perfectly and looks great. The best moment was getting rid of the "temporary" hatch that I made twenty years ago and hadn't replaced because I couldn't find a good quality hatch the correct size that was insulated and airtight. All of those problems were solved when I stumbled across Jupiter Blue. There was no problem, I filled in all the measurements on the website according to the instructions, paid online and the hatch arrived, well protected, within seven working days. I am very pleased and would happily buy from them again if the need arises.

Our loft hatch cover came very promptly, as advised, also well packed so was not damaged or chipped. Small corner of the foam had come adrift but was very easily put back with no problem to the cover. Sizing was exactly as stated and fitted into the hole very well. Being two 76s we anticipated problems, not so was very easy, if not a little heavy, younger people would find it a doddle. Extremely well made. Would recommend.

Excellent service. The order arrived within 2 days. When we came to fit the loft hatch, unfortunately the hinges were broken. I sent a email containing photos of the fault. They messaged to say that a replacement would be sent. Within days a new one was sent and this time it was perfect.
