The loft cover was well made and very easy to fit. Thanks

Excellent personal skills of lady who processed my order over the phone. She answered all of my questions clearly and accurately. The product was a loft hatch cover which was supplied exactly as ordered and fitted perfectly.

Good staff, very helpful staff and good product

Please pass on my thanks to Donna who took control of a delivery and replacement issue, neither were Jupiter Blue's making, just an unfortunate third party delivery firm. Donna resolved bothn issues very quickly and proved that amognst the 1000's of sales persons... There are a few good ones that should be reconised. Thank you Donna

Nice product, packaged really well to protect. Perfectly made to the exact measurements provided when ordering. New loft hatch was installed in 30 minutes & has made a massive improvement to our insulation & look.

every helpful and quick delivery

I broke my current one so this was a replacement. Quick delivery and does what it says it does.

The made to measure loft hatch supplied by Jupiter blue was a perfect fit, and after sales are excellent.

Delivery of my item was prompt and, when I had a problem, the communication from Jupiter Blue was excellent and they resolved it very quickly. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Well made product easy to fit
