Order a custom sized loft hatch which arrived within the timescales indicated. Unfortunatley it was damaged on one corner. Sent a picture of the damage and Emma responded quickly, apologised and started the process for a replacement to be sent. The replacement arrived without issues. Very happy with the product and very happy with the excellent customer service.
