Not great. Custome hatch (1 of 2) ordered and not delivered despite courier confirming there shoudl be two parcells. Had to call to establish where it was as invoice was issued so it was definately shipped. Dave was very helpfull but advised it was not shipped due to powder coating issue? Had to collect so as to be on time with our installation. This was not convenient at all. The hatch we collected was in bubble wrap only and there is a dent on each side of the frame. Sometimes you just have to step up and offer a solution that works for your customer, even if someone just checks the product first, puts it in a car and gets it to where it is needed. We are based on Wakefield btw so not that far out of the way. I appreciate that if we were London its a different storey and your outgoing quality control should have spotted the obvious dent.

Ordered my loft hatch which came I good time, the package was slightly damaged when it arrived, I dealt with a gentleman called David who advised me a new hatch would be in the post next day, thus arrived promptly and was installed in 15 minutes, great product and excellent customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again

Excellent product. Easy to fit. Perfect job. Couldn’t be easier.

Easy to use website, loft door and frame delivered on time. Good, well made product at a reasonable and competitive price. Excellent response on a couple of queries and good follow-up to confirm the product was satisfactory.

This is the second bespoke loft hatch I have ordered (the latest one for my son's property). The design and build are exactly what is advertised and I have been happy to pass on details to some of my friends who are also considering changing/upgrading their loft hatches.

Quick delivery, no problem's thank

Great company, great products fairly priced, quality products, should the need arise will definitely use again

Great product, great service even changing the locking mechanism after ordering. Mark

Ordered a made to measure 1 hour fire rated and insulated loft hatch. Information for measuring was excellent, queries answered by email promptly and the hatch was delivered to promised timescale. The hatch itself was very well made and finished just as it should be. What more could you want? Will be ordering another soon.

My made-to-measure loft hatch was perfect to the millimetre. I was very impressed by the construction - how do they make them so solid, but exactly the size you specify. Material of construction is metal, not plastic. That makes it solid and robust, but heavy. I managed to install mine single-handed, but strongly advise you get a helper to hold the hatch in place whilst you are screwing it to the joists!
