Brilliant service for a bespoke attic hatch requirement. Very impressed

Purchased a couple of loft hatch covers by phone and the customer service was fantastic. The person helped me so much and made the ordering so easy and the delivery was as they said it would be. Excellent company to deal with. 👏👏👏👏

The unit works perfectly, however I had to file part of the unit so another part would fit into it.

Apart from delivery dates confirmation being quite vague, products were great.

Really pleased with my purchase. Excellent product made exactly to my specification. Easy to fit, & so much better than the 'old door' that existed previously. Very solid (metal) hatch door & frame. Nice finish. Robust. Air tight - keeping my home much warmer. Very good value. Well worth the investment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Replaced loft hatch with made to measure one. Perfect fit and looks good

Good service and prompt delivery

I haven’t fitted yet! It’s is robust!!

Very pleased up to pres with product and service but still trying to muster up some assistance to help me fit it

The hatch looks so good compared to the plywood hatch it replaced. I’m very happy with it I will ask Jupiter whether they have a solution to a wall hatch I also need replaced.
