The first person I spoke to was very well informed. When I decided to order my bespoke lofy hatch I dealt with Emma, who was extremely helpful, informed, and guided me through my options. Her knowledge of the product ensured my measurments wete accurately taken. The whole process was easy. The hatch arrived to fit in with my busy schedua, which I am sure took some negotiation Between Juniper's Emma and the manufacturer. The hatch arrived and was fitted by my builder, the only slight negative is that one corner of the border or architrave was slightly bent out of shape, which I assume happened in transit by the manufacturers courier. However, i will not hesitate to recommend Jupiter as a first class company to deal with.l

Good product fitted perfectly and good delivery too

Buyer beware I purchased an attic hatch with what I thought was a 'tri-lock '(lock with 2 shoot bolts ) giving 3 fixing points In fact the description on the website was 'tri-drive lock ', which turns out to be a single central catch operated by a triangular key lock. I am replacing an existing hatch cover with a similar central catch which does not now close flush Out of interest I looked up tri drive in the dictionary, 'a three axle vehicle'. (3moving parts) In this case a single triangular key catch.

Very easy to deal with, I place my order over the phone and I was given a lead time for delivery which arrived on the delivery date specified.

Its good clean product,Price is high for what it is,frame is ok but the door is very wobely making deficult to fit.overhall4/5

A very nice lift hatch but it would be much easier to fit (especially lone working) if the lid could be fitted after the frame was in place. Fitting the frame with the lid attached is quite difficult.
