Happy with this purchase, as described. Well wrapped and delivered the next day. Highly recommended

Very impressed with the service, item arrived on next day delivery by lunchtime, good product for the money [ loft hatch].

I needed a certain lock for my loft hatch which was hard to find but I found it here and was exactly what I wanted. The only thing to mention would be that it states next day delivery and the item was sent by 2nd class post. I didn't really mind as I was home anyway but would have been upset if I had waited in and it did not arrive. So overall very decent item but the postage method requires attention.

Goods arrived quickly and as described, great service..,

no problem fitting the loft hatch good value at ?27

Item arrived just 24hrs after ordering. Well packaged and ready to install. Haven't fitted it yet but it should be very straightforward. Shame more companies don't offer this level of service.

The team at Jupiter Blue were really helpful when I needed a replacement loft hatch. Nothing was too much trouble, even planning a delivery in potential snow! I enquired about a specific product, was assisted with the detail ensuring it was the correct product for my needs, my specific delivery requirements were met, payment was taken over the phone and the product arrived with me at 9.30 the following day. I cannot praise Jupiter Blue Ltd enough. They go the extra mile to ensure you receive great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Top class service from ordering through to delivery; cannot fault in any way.

The item, a loft hatch catch, was provided as specified and delivered very quickly. Good company and I would use them again.

I'm happy with the roof window I purchased and fast delivery although I had to call them a second time to actually get the information I required the first time - being called back etc.
