Item arrived just 24hrs after ordering. Well packaged and ready to install. Haven't fitted it yet but it should be very straightforward. Shame more companies don't offer this level of service.

The item, a loft hatch catch, was provided as specified and delivered very quickly. Good company and I would use them again.

I'm happy with the roof window I purchased and fast delivery although I had to call them a second time to actually get the information I required the first time - being called back etc.
