I had a custom made drop down loft hatch made. When it arrived I checked it over and was surprised that the quality was better than I expected. Fitting was also easier than expected. Would definitely recommend this product. The only one negative point, and it is a small point, is that the size of screws recommended to fit the hatch seem to me to be a little to large and therefore the heads protrude slightly and can catch the hatch lid on closing. If I had to score this product it would be 99 out of 100.

I ordered the loft hatch, having been disappointed by the ones available in my local DiY stores and it was a good move. Are yet to fit it but it is such a superior product and will disappear into the ceiling perfectly. Mine actually arrived with minor damage and Jupiter replaced it immediately, without any quibbles.
