Had some concerns about the size of hatch to buy. Emailed the support team and got immediate response with first class advice - very clear and relevant. The product arrived on time, as described and in perfect condition. Great quality and very pleased with the end result. A great all round experience.

A good bespoke loft hatch, with an efficient delivery service that is able to adapt to personal needs. (That is, in my case, able to defer a planned delivery date to when I arrived home.) The fitting advice is rather 'light' but if you read previous customers reviews on this topic I am sure you will find them most helpful, as I did.
