Product as discribed, quick delivery, packaging was a little crushed but product inside intact, easy to install. Website easy to use. Over all would shop again if I had a need.

We had a non-standard sized loft hatch which needed replacing after redecorating the landing. There was very little choice of suppliers, but Jupiter Blue could do the exact size, frame and level of insulation we wanted. It was delivered quickly, well packaged and fits perfectly (and only took 10 minutes).

My access hatch arrived today and has taken just 7 days from order to delivery for a bespoke made to size hatch! It was as described on the web site, was easy to fix with fold out tabs for screws on all sides, lid is removable for easy installation. In fact from taking delivery, trimming the hole to size, fixing some timber to mount the frame onto, fixing the frame and filling as necessary, sweeping up and wiping down the shower room where this is installed, just 2 hours! And a tidy looking ceiling again, but with future easy access to the problem plumbing behind the hatch, great!

Recently took delivery of a Light tube from Jupiter Blue. Ordering was simple and telephone contact was most helpful. Delivery was next day and was free. What more do you want!!

Easy order process online - next day delivery. Only had a minor niggle - details for the loft hatch said that a pole could be found in the accessories section of the website. However, there are no poles listed anywhere on the website!
