The loft hatch was as expected except for one thing: Installing it in place proved unnecessarily difficult because it is made in one piece i.e. frame and cover. The company advice is that "this is a two person job". Is it? It would be difficult to get two people on two ladders in position and not getting in each others space while holding and fitting it in place. It would be far simpler to install the loft hatch frame first and then hang the cover from it with a hinged mechanism that clicks into place.

Excellent quality just what we wanted as usual just measure carefully and no problems.

Item arrived well packaged and on time. I did how ever try to reach out to people in sales time via email but no one bothered to reply so it looks like customer service isn't a priority
