Ordered 2 loft hatches. Came quickly, very good quality. Haven’t fitted them yet but seem good.

Ordered a bespoke insulated loft hatch costing £240 due to size. Arrived well packaged and was easy to install. Hatch works well and is a vast improvement on the existing hatch. What was disappointing, considering the cost, was the very poor finish where the insulation had been cut out for the latch, for the cost I would have expected something more professional, tidied it up with some aluminium tape but the manufacturer should do better.

You can't go wrong with this firm. Even when unexpected issues arise, they are resolved quickly.
