Had an issue with damaged item on delivery. Had full refund with no issue. Great customer service

Excellent Company to deal with one of my loft hatch was damaged in transit photos sent to prove replacement sent no quibble thats why i aways use Jupiter blue for all my developments

Ordered a roof hatch. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Have now put in the new ceiling which we fitted with plasterboard. It fits well and flush to the ceiling. Very pleased with the hatch

Excellent support before I ordered to make sure my dimensions were correct. My Loft hatch arrived in good time and was really well pakaged. The hatch itself is of good quality and easy to fit once existing architrave was removed. If I had a slight gripe it would be that the processhown should include the VAT from the start and not at payment. Overall agood eperience and a company tht I would recommend to others.

Excellent quality loft hatch ...didnt realise it was constructed of metal which makes the price even more reasonable . Fitted perfectly.

Excellent service, very quick and kept updated throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Great piece of kit custom built to my needs. From the initial contact to the delivered loft hatch i was happy with the way Jupiter performed. Defintely recommend particularly for awkward loft sizes like mine. And make sure to add sufficient clearance as once built you can't send it back!!

Custom sized loft hatch delivered quickly and to a very high standard. Item fit perfectly. Thank you.

It’s a great job, fit perfectly if you measure properly. Good quality of the materials and good price too. The delivery is fast.

This was my first purchase through Jupiter Blue and I couldn’t rate them high enough. Excellent customer service, would use again.
