Ordered a made to measure loft hatch together with an off the shelf access ladder. Bearing in mind the hatch had to be made to my measurements, both items arrived in about eight days. Both items are of very good quality, although fitting instructions for the ladder were a bit confusing. Loft access hatch and ladder both fitted within four hours both are very robust and look great.
