Jupiter Blue's website is clear and easily navigable. Selections of products are easy to choose, and the range of products is very good, too. The technical descriptions are clear and very useful. Ordering is easy. It is very useful that payments can be made through PayPal (much less to fill in). The customer service is excellent. I got a very clear and friendly positive response to a request I made through their website contact page (concerning a delivery coordination question). I bought a custom made loft hatch and a loft ladder. When we first phoned customer service about some detail/recommendation, we got very helpful and useful advice, as well. The company website gives very clear guidance as to how to measure the required sizes, and the ready product was true to a mm. Illustrations are exhaustive and totally excellent. Delivery was just as expected. The hatch was easy to fit. Perfection in every way.
