Quick delivery despite being a bespoke item and it was well packaged. Would have been better if the website mentioned that a key on a pole was not included. Or maybe it would be better to automatically provide a key on a short pole as I now have to stand on a stool to open the trap. There were no installation instructions but even as a non-professional DIYer I managed it. But I would have found it easier to install if it was possible to fit the frame first and then add the door. The catch is not easy to open and close as it grinds against the inner frame so it may wear or perhaps rust in future as like most lofts, mine is cold and damp. Incidentally it did that before and after installation so it's not that I've installed it badly and the joists are all level and square. All in all it's a good quality product and much smarter and better insulated than the wooden trap I had before.

Good product and fast delivery i for one as a architect will be specifying these on my commercial projects.

This is a fantastic custom made loft hatch! Once the structural work was done in the loft which took a couple of hours, 10 minutes and the loft hatch was fixed in position and locking. Absolute dawdle to fit. Certainly recommend these guys for a fantastic service and a quality product. If I ever need another loft hatch for a future venture, these guys are getting the business

Had a small problem them with loft hatch catch, contacted Jupiter blue and this was replaced there was no hesitation in solving the Problem. Bought a bespoke loft hatch. It was exactly the size I ordered. It was well packed and the instructions were easy to follow. I found it very easy to fit and wifey says it looks great.

Pleased with purchase. Well made and arrived two days earlier than expected. Had thought of also buying an opening pole, but the description of the hatch stated, under Lock Options, that for a standard lock: "Pole included as standard". I actually received a key for the lock. Since the poles cost ?27.00, I'd thought it was too good to be true, and therefore am happy to give five stars. Update: After posting my review I received communications from Jupiter Blue confirming I should have received an opening pole, and one was sent promptly.
