Custom hatch was as described on the web site and very well made. Much cheaper than some of the alternatives on other websites and I would use them again without hesitation. An email to tell me it had been despatched would have been nice, but it did arrive with the time scale promised.

I ordered a made to measure hatch the order process was excellent, the product is very good I had to remove a star as I was never contacted to confirm the item had been dispatched as promised when I ordered the item. I was annoyed I had to go to my post local office to pick it up.

Easy order, arrived quickly great price.

Product was exactly as described. Website was easy to use and the product was delivered next day. Fantastic service.

Great service, quick delivery to Isle Of Wight and well package. Thank you- highly recomended.

Their quality of work is of a very high standard. Did have a problem with the courier by Jupiter Blue resolved it quickly and efficient. Thank you for the product.

The loft hatch cover is a perfect fit and very easy to fit. It looks so much neater than previous old fashioned push up hatch cover. Prompt delivery. Excellent service. Thank you.

Quality products

I have just fitted the new hatch, it looks great. Easy to fit and the help I received from Jupiter blue regarding the measurements { as the hatch is not square } was very helpful. I am very pleased with the product and the service I received,

This is the second loft hatch I?ve bought from Jupiter blue and I wouldn?t hesitate to buy another, quality is very good and they look so much nicer than the old wooden hatch we had before, and so easy to fit.
