Great product and delivery

Fantastic service brilliant product

Fantastic made to measure service, good quality and arrived two days earlier than what I was quoted.

Easy ordering process and fast delivery . Good price as well

Good phone advice, great product. The loft hatch was a doddle to fit. The loft ladder was a bit more complicated but works well.

The items ordered arrived quickly and were well packaged. I would recommend this company.

The web page is very clear. I ordered the product and received a receipt with a projected delivery of 7th May. The item arrived on the 7 May, well packed and is as described. Very satisfied.

Very nicely made and will create a good loft opening. It's a shame that the hatch is not designed to be removed from it's frame as it would be much easier to fit the frame first to the ceiling aperture and then attach the hatch. My ceiling is 2.5m above floor level so the 'free' closing pole is too short for my wife to use easily. Would have willingly paid for one 15cm longer but will now have to source a 1m length of 12mm square tube to modify the pole supplied.

The service was excellent the package a bit ropey catch had broken but they sent a new catch the next day.
