I ordered a loft hatch which was sent the same day, plus I got the adilty to track my order. Product first class and took me just 10 mins to fit, which was great as I am not a DIY, ER.

Simone was brilliant at guiding me through my inability to actually measure a hatch. #feelingblondebuverygrateful. Great service and thank you

Very pleased with the overall service. Good communications and an excellent product which was delivered on time and was well packaged. I would definitely recommend Jupiter Blue

Good product and installation was straight forwards. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The box had been knocked about a bit causing some minor damage but didn't affect operation. Would use again

I was worried about the measurements but had lots of help over the phone. The hatch arrived on time and well packed. It went up in minutes and looks great. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great selection at very competitive prices & prompt delivery. Despite being well-packed, the goods were damaged in transit, once I reported the problem, a replacement was dispatched the same day, no further questions were asked, brilliant service. Paul Gardner
