Customer service was great. Attic hatch was in very poor quality. Hinges made with very cheap quality plastic has a hole inside. So wall very thin, broken once opened.

Great service and a good product no problem recommending using Jupiter Blue

Ideal locking mechanism for our loft hatch, especially the weight of our hatch. Only drawback was the pole that was purchased at the time. I felt it could be a it more sturdy/stronger especially when turning the locking mechanism.

Great price, fast delivery. What more do you want?
