I needed a new loft hatch and none of the ?off the shelf? from ebay/ Amazon and others were right size. Google search took me to Jupiter Blue and I ordered a made to measure hatch. Arrived In about 10 days. Good quality, perfect fit and was easy to install. Looks really good. Highly recommended and would buy from this company again.

Ordered a bespoke size loft hatch. It was delivered within the time frame quoted, came to perfect size as specified, and they dispatched the missing screws very promptly. All in all very pleased with the service and the product.

very quick delivery, goods as described, great comms

Bought a loft ladder/ hatch at a good price. Delivery was fast which I wasn?t expecting! Unfortunately the hatch door had damaged to the face of it. Got in contact with Jupiter Blue and within one week a new hatch door arrived without any problems. Excellent service and wouldn?t hesitate on using again.

Quick and efficient delivery of the inspection panel. All fitted and it?s a discrete addition to the wall to be honest.

Went for custom hatch - was a bit concerned as the dimensions I needed were not quite rectangular. Emailed and got advice the same day - ordered based on their recommendation, delivered in the time they said and fitted nicely! Unsurprisingly, fitting is not a one person job (one needs to hold it in place whilst the other screws it in). Really nicely put together - looks nice and works well.

Excellent service and helpfull advice. Exceptional quality product. Highly recommended.

Ordered a bespoke loft hatch to my own dimensions. Hatch duly arrived and was of good quality. Customer was impressed with the sleek profile and operation. Will be using Jupiter Blue again.

Fast delivery excellent doors at the right price, will buy again

A great product at a good price with excellent delivery time.
