I ordered 2 of the same custom hatch by mistake. I was grateful for the phone call to query this. The hatch fitted perfectly with no mess, although the opening rod was missing, but this this came next day after requesting. .... Excellent

loft access hatch appears to provide the draught proofing required, it has been in place for two weeks now. The slimness is appreciated as it is situated in the hall of a bungalow and does not create an eyesore. Fitting instructions were good. Five stars would have been awarded but delivery was stated to be one date and then the confirmation showed the following day(did arrive as initially advised) delivery company didnt send e mail to confirm slot.I am unsure whether jupiter had any influence or control of this.

Good product and installation was straight forwards. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The box had been knocked about a bit causing some minor damage but didn't affect operation. Would use again
