Fantastic product, great service. Loft hatch arrived on time without any problems. Contacted for a delivery update and they were very friendly on the phone and easy to get hold of.

Excellent made to measure loft hatch, easy fitted , looks great, Excellent customer service and good team

Excellent product and well made. I needed to order a bespoke size which took a little longer than ordering an in stock one and it arrived exactly to measurements and very well packaged. Very happy.

Got a made to measure door at a great price that was delivered within a week. Looks good and great quality

I bought a custom size insulated loft hatch. It was a great relief to find any source of loft hatches which made to order to fit my 1930?s house. Customer services were very helpful and delivery very quick.

The loft hatch is nicely made and was easy to install (with a second pair of hands to help). Minor gripe (hence four rather than five stars) is that the latch snags on the foil covering the insulation; otherwise very pleased with the product. A neat clean finish.

Great service nice friendly people

Good quality product and arrived fast.
