Excellent quality hinged loft hatch with flush fitting facia with very fast delivery

The order process was clear and straightforward and the Loft Hatch was delivered on time and in good condition. Fitting does need two persons and a ladder or two but if you drill pilot holes first, screwing it in place was simple.

Bought a custom drop down metal hatch to access a new roof space we had had created, excellent quality and so have now replaced our main loft hatch with similar from their SD range. Easy to fit and looks great. We had an issue with the Opening Pole but that was replaced without quibble. Would certainly recommend on my experience with Jupiter Blue.

So far my order is 2 weeks late and I?ve heard nothing about it yet. I?m hoping for a quick response and that when it does arrive it is of good quality. Updated - it got lost at the depot and was received a few days later. Resolved quickly by Richard and I must say the hatch is of very good quality and fits perfectly. Much happier now.
