Made to measure loft hatch arrived promptly, fitted perfectly and looks great. I have no issues with recommending Jupiter Blue.

Trouble free from start to finish, ordered a bespoke loft hatch. Sent measurements as instructed. Hatch arrived on time, a well made product. It was fitted very quickly on the same day, looks very neat and tidy. And draught free.

Simple ordering process, clear & accurate delivery information, good quality product. Very happy with all aspects.

An easy to use website containing clear and concise instructions for placing an order. Plenty of good comms. Friendly as well as user friendly system. The main thing was that my hatch arrived satisfactorily, well-packaged - and it fitted.... Easy to fit and it looks good.

Easy to navigate site and prompt delivery, will use them again

Speedy receipt of ordered product. Product as described. Reasonably priced - albeit not cheap. Perfect for opening the loft hatch lock without need of stepladder - although could do with being about 15-20cm longer to cater for shorter individuals than myself. Or perhaps my ceiling is just higher than the standard?.

Ordered a loft hatch to my own sizes as non standard it arrived well protected. Quality was good and so easy to fit would recommend this company as so quick and easy to order
