The loft ladders I ordered arrived super fast but unfortunately when I took them to the new house they were for I realised I had insufficient clearance to instal and store them away. I was able to return them (unopened) and received a full refund. At a time when I seem to be haemorrhaging money this was very much appreciated and allowed me to buy a telescopic ladder instead.
