Bespoke loft hatch, made and delivered in around two weeks. Good finish. Good service. Good price

Brilliant service, not only fast but well packaged and updates on delivery. Jupiter blue don?t do lager but if they did it would kick the pants off carlsberg!

Easy to use website, product delivered on time, very good service.

Just installed the loft hatch today - dimensions were precisely as requested - it was well finished and fits well in the opening. The included operating pole was a bonus, but in fact while it is long enough to operate the hatch lock, it is a bit short to be able to pull down the ladder - all sorted by moving the hatch lock key (nice solid metal key) into the pole that came with the ladder. Would certainly order a bespoke hatch the next time I need to fit one.

Extremely helpful from my concept, through ensuring that I had measured correctly to ordering and fulfilment. I am very pleased with my new custom made hatch and ladder. After minimal preparation of my existing hatch opening it slotted in perfectly and was secured in place in less than an hour. Many thanks. Kind Regards Michael
