The new loft hatch arrived so I removed my old one (breaking it in the process). It was not till I came to fit it that I saw there was slight damage to the new one. I took a photo and as I had no choice I fitted the new one with slight damage and contact Jupiter to let them know. I expected some difficulty with this but they were great, they understand that I had had to use the slightly damaged replacement and sent me another FOC that arrived a couple of days later. Great Service, would really recommend!

Found the web page easy to navigate. Installation relatively simple depending on your skill mix. Maybe a pic to show how to adjust hatch frame to a none square opening. Mine was out by 5mm or so on the width.
