Bought a clear loft hatch. The Royal Mail courier staff dropped it so a corner was dented. Jupiter blue was going to make a loss by replacing it and send replacement by pallet to avoid 2nd clear loft hatch being damaged. Jupiter blue said Royal Mail staff would only get ?telling off? and not pay compensation for damage. Jupiter blue told me to dispose of clear loft hatch as a loss would be incurred for them to retrieve the damaged loft hatch. We don?t like to see waste and feel that it is not right that Jupiter blue should make a loss because it was Royal Mail courier?s fault. We suggested that Jupiter blue give us a discount on the damaged clear loft hatch as we can use pliers to bend the dented corner back to shape, sand and repaint the dented corner. Jupiter blue was very kind as and agreed to give us a discount. Our repair was not perfect. However , the rest of the clear loft hatch still looked spectacular. We are very pleased with Jupiter Blue?s workmanship and we would definitely buy from Jupiter blue again!
