I used Jupiter Blue for some tile access panels but were not suited for the job I needed . They were very accommodating and sent me a returns slip and package was picked back up , the refund was in my account in a few days . Would hope to use them in the future. Paul Oakcroft Ceramics

Very good service

Good web site; easy to navigate and informative. Delivery very quick and product intact.

Ordered 3 hatches, delivery excellent, well packed & speedy.Good quality products, easy to install, once you've prepared the access hole. Look good in situ.

Purchased a made to measure loft hatch. Not cheap but a quality product. The item was delivered only a few days after placing the order.

Have used Jupiter Blue a few times now & have found them extremely helpful, especially when you order the wrong item by mistake!! Nothing is too much trouble for them & their prices are very favourable

Excellent. Had a made to measure fire proof access hatch delivered in a week. Exact fit. Exceptional quality finish. Couldn?t be more pleased with my decision to use Jupiter blue.

Great products. Bespoke loft hatch and a loft ladder. The hatch looks great when it has been fitted. The ladder is easy to use and quite easy to fit.

Fantastic product, We were struggling to find a loft hatch that fit the space as we had a non traditionally sized old wooden door. Ordered to size, confirmation received, arrived when stated and a great fit. Couldn't be happier - thanks Jupiter Blue!

Excellent product, really well made, fits perfectly and looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a loft hatch for an obscure size opening. A++
