We required a bespoke loft hatch and sent the measurements through with the order. We were delighted when it arrived with free delivery just 3 weeks after placing the order and we installed it within an hour of it arriving. It functions perfectly and blends inconspicuously with the d?cor of the hall way it is located in. Thanks for excellent service. Highly recommended.

I bought a loft ladder and loft hatch which to my surprise were delivered the next day which was great. The one problem I had was that there were not instructions with the loft hatch. I contacted the company and received an apology straight away and the worker immediately emailed me these. So no real problem. The two items are now installed and working well. Would recommend the service
