loft hatch a perfect fit - thank you!

Did exactly what it said on the tin product as described although not fitted yet, and delivered super quick with full progress reporting.

I ordered from Jupiter Blue after being let down by an orange and black national retailer for over a week. The hatch I bought was better rated, cheaper and their communication was quick and the item was delivered AHEAD of schedule. Job is a good ‘un!

The loft hatch was very easy to install, it was a very good fit and only needed a few small spacers to account for the variation in the original wooden hatch frame. It opens and closes easlilly with the handle supplied while standing on the floor. The finished installation looks very neat and tidy. The hatch cost a fair amount less than another similar one that I compared it to. Very happy with it all round.

My bespoke loft hatch arrived sooner than expected. I checked the size to ensure the opening I'd created was correct. It was, so after checking for any damage, I put it into storage until the re-roof had been completed. Don't want it damaging by a falling tile. I'm looking forward to installing this, as at 900 x 750 it affords roomy access. I can't comment on it's functionality until it's installed, but it looks great. Thanks for great service.

Great item Delivery good

Easy to use website, delivery when it was promised and a great product with easy installation. A great purchase and would recommend to friends.

Customer service was great. Attic hatch was in very poor quality. Hinges made with very cheap quality plastic has a hole inside. So wall very thin, broken once opened.

Ideal locking mechanism for our loft hatch, especially the weight of our hatch. Only drawback was the pole that was purchased at the time. I felt it could be a it more sturdy/stronger especially when turning the locking mechanism.
