Ordered a made to measure loft hatch and a loft ladder. Both received within the promised lead-time and excellent quality. Knocked old hatch timber out and new hatch just slotted in and was fixed with the supplied screws, no additional work at all. Ladder did exactly what it said on the wrapper. Should have done this years ago!!

Bespoke access panel - Arrived on time, but unfortunately had been damaged in transit. Helen from Jupiter Blue dealt with a replacement promptly and without fuss, excellent! I always say this - it?s when there?s a problem that you know if you?re dealing with a professional trustworthy company. Many thanks 10/10.

The loft ladder works well,came on time,good price. I ordered a catch, because I did not realise that there was a catch already in the packet, so I have two catches.
