The hatch was very well packaged on arrival and fitted perfectly (it needs two people to fit though, as the hatch door cannot be detached from its frame). It is very well made, is exactly as described and looks really smart when installed.

Delivery was fine, but the key to open the triangular lock was not included as well as the screws. The door itself is good quality, sturdy and well sealed
