There were problems with the unit we bought, but nothing was too much trouble to solve the problem and two deliveries, later, both on time, and when promised, you have one happy and satisfied customer.

Second order and this time for made to measure fire door hatches. Arrived within the timescale quoted and MM perfect. Not much more expensive than purchasing pre sized ones and no mucking about to make the openings a standard size. Would definitely use again

Good fire rated access panel , well built priced well too. Good service and quick delivery used Jupiter before and will use again.

This hatch is much less noticeable being flush to the ceiling and best of all no draughts.

Ordered two different sized access panels suitable for either wall or ceiling usage online which were delivered promptly. Fitting was extremely simple and straightforward and both look very neat & smart in position and really blend in unobtrusively!

Purchased access panel. Mine wasn?t the biggest order in the world but answer to technical question late pm answered by 9am next morning. Order placed around 3 pm was delivered before lunch next day. What more is there to say?????

Arrived next day as expected packaged to protect the goods from transit damage. The products were of the expected standard as usual. I will certainly order more as and when required. I have been buying from Jupiter Blue for many years - I don?t bother shopping around!
